Part-Time CNA For Quadriplegic Mt. Pleasant S.C..

We’re looking for a part-time personal care aide for our son, who is a 31-year-old quadriplegic with a spinal cord injury, paralyzed from the shoulders down. He also has a brain injury that causes memory problems.

We’re offering four hours a day -- two in the morning, two in the evening -- four days a week, for a total of 16 hours a week.

Duties include dressing, showering and evening bowel program assistance, as well as some light housekeeping and morning meal prep.

We’re looking for a committed, caring, conscientious and intelligent person who takes pride in their work. Quadriplegic care can be complex. Training will be provided for the right person, but if you have no experience caring for a disabled person or are only looking for for a "casual" part-time job, kindly do not apply. Punctuality is absolutely essential. More hours are possible for the right person.
