On-call/part-time: RN Supervisor Needed, Saint Paul, MN.

The RN Supervisor directs and supervises the overall operation of the home health care. Responsible for supervision and delivery of quality patient care, and assists the Guardian with staff evaluations, staff counseling and staff development.

The patient requires 24-hour, 7 days a week care. Perform basic duties that include treating patient, educating patient/staff about various medical conditions, and providing advice and emotional support.

Should be caring, sympathetic, responsible, and detail oriented. Must be able to direct or supervise others, correctly assess patients' conditions, and determine when consultation is required. Foster a cohesive, team work environment; make best uses of resources; use critical thinking to troubleshoot and think ahead; balance clinical and administrative functions.

MN Nursing License/CPR Certification Required. Minimum of two year recent RN experience in acute care, home care/hospice or long term care. Demonstrated leadership and an understanding of supervisory/management concents. Reliable transportation.
