- Description: I have 10 years experience working with people with disabilities both physical and mental, young and elderly. I am looking for a part time (30 hr) in-home caregiver position to supplement my income for a few years as I start my career as a Naturopathic Doctor. I have worked with Alzheimers, senior dementia, head trauma, cerebral palsey, quadriplegic/paraplegic, and many others. I have experience working as a CNA in a nursing home as well as Home Health Aid experience. Resume available upon request. I am comfortable with peri-care and some lifting but would prefer not to do total lifts with heavier patients anymore. I believe the beauty of home care is that there is time to take care of client's needs properly with as much dignity as can be expected.
