SECURE HEALTHCARE LLC is a full service provider of comprehensive in-home personal care and companionship to elderly seniors, the disabled, handicapped, those with debilitating illnesses caused by age, injury or other reasons, those with physical and emotional and mental impairments. Our services include:
1) Personal Care - personal hygiene, help with dressing, help with transferring, help with walking, assistance with range of motion exercises & mobility.
2) Companionship and sitter services drive or accompany to social events, assist with entertaining at home, play board games when requested. Escort to religious services, pick up prescriptions.
3) Nurture Your Health - remind patient to take medications on schedule, accompany to doctors appointments, coordinate with patient s licensed healthcare professional (primary physician, discharge planner, physical therapist,etc) regarding continuity of care at home, ambulation, light exercises prescribed by licensed professional.
4) Home Helper Services - light housekeeping, assist in planning and preparing daily meals, shopping, running errands. Organize and maintain client's home for safety and security.
5) Respite Care - to provide rest for family members caring for a loved one.
6) Individualized Care for Clients with Special Needs to patients who have Alzheimer s, Dementia, Cancer, postoperative surgeries, help with bowel and bladder care; patients with end-stage kidney failure, other illnesses; individuals with physical and mental impairments. We provide one-on-one care for those who need 24 hour constant care.
7) All other non-medical services that will allow the care recipient to live independently and safely in the comforts and privacy of his/her own own.
