My name is Judith. I'm a certified nursing assistant and i'm posting this ad for that special family who is looking for a caring fun-loving compassionate and dedicated person to take of their love one. I have been a nursing assistant since 1997, but prior to that I started working in assisted living facility when I was in high school, and continued on after I graduated. I have worked in private homes, personal care homes, nursing homes, assisted living facilities. I've experienceworking with Alzheimers, Stroke, Dementia, MS, Parkinson, Mentally ILL, Diabetic clients. Also experience working with clients on feeding tube and cared for clients with closomy bag,little or no hearing little or no vision. I'm skills working with clients cathereds, that include cleaning and changing bag check for discoloration of urine, record urine amount. I'm experienced working with clients in wheelchairs, walkers, cane, electric wheelchairs... I have skills using hoyer lift to transfer,f eeding, bathing, grooming, walking, rom, skilled in turning and changing clients if confined to bed. Check and treat clients for skin break, skill in taking and recording vital signs , take and record blood sugar.Supervise and monitor clients recieve and take their medication, plan and prepare meals, laundry, clean and keep a healthy environment. I'm first-aid and cpr certified, I have physical and tb report and fingerprints.
